All of our desserts and pastries are made with only the best and freshest ingredients available.

Imported French, Belgium and Swiss quality chocolate, real Philadelphia cream cheese, the freshest dairy products from Purity Dairy, fruit purees from California, assorted nuts from Mediterranean countries, Brazil and the United States, seasonal fresh fruit and berries from Prince Edward Island and other maritime provinces, and many other ingredients from around the globe.

All our pastries are made from scratch using natural ingredients, we do not use artificial flavours and convenient products such as cake, cream or pie pre-mixes.

Since we do not have a retail outlet for our wonderful desserts, our customers and friends either will pick up the order at our in home pastry shop or we will deliver the order to your chosen location.

In certain circumstances a small delivery charge may be applicable. 

Here are some examples of our wide array of cakes and tortes. Many of them are seasonal products and are not available at all times. We also have a large selection of cakes on hand for your last minute needs, with a simple call we can tell you what we have available.

If you have any special requests from our assortment please give us at least 4 days notice to prepare these items for you.

For a small fee, most of our cakes can be decorated as a special occasion cake with edible sugar flowers and elegant writing. Some prior notice is necessary.
